Access to all other autograph and photo booth sessions will be granted via wristband drawings on Friday and Saturday mornings. Attendance at this drawing is the only way to assure your spot in the autograph session.
Drawing Procedure 1) Please line up in Room 220 F/G at 8 a.m. to enter the drawing for the autograph/photo booth wristband(s) you wish to acquire. There will be multiple lines, one for each autograph or photobooth session taking place that day. 2) There will be a volunteer at the front of each line with a bag of tickets. 3) When you reach the front of the line, you will select a ticket out of the bag. 4) If you pull out a winning ticket, then you have gained access to the autograph/photo booth session. You will be directed to a second volunteer who will present you with the wristband necessary for entry to that autograph/photo booth session, and should reconvene in the GeekyCon Marketplace at the time of that session. 5) If you pull a non-winning ticket, then you have not gained access to that autograph/photo booth session. You may try again the next day, or, if you wish, you may return to the end of the line. The bags will contain a defined number of tickets to assure that all of the autograph/photo booth sessions are full and that, to the best of our ability to judge, no one will wait in line unnecessarily. All of the drawings for that day’s autograph/photo booth sessions will take place at the same time. When you arrive for the drawing, you should choose the autograph/photo booth session you are most interested in and stand in that line first. Once you have drawn for that session, you may stand another line, if you like. This should be a fast process so don’t worry about making it through multiple lines!
